The Eagle Alliance is a mapping vommunity server. It is currently led by Coman with Eaglan as a Co-leader, they both serve as owners in a dual-crown manner (de jure dual-crown, de facto Coman holds the executive ownership since 2021). It peaked at 90 members, but ever so slightly reducing because of severe inactivity. The server is administered by the owners themselves, who rule over all others, followed by the Ministers (Formely known as "Phoenixators"), and lower officials such as Admins and Moderators. Most of the figureheads besides the rulers are members of the former Eagle Alliance servers, who hold their prominence in the sphere of influence that the owners have on other servers. History of the Eagle Alliance[]
The First Server: Precursor[]
The Eagle Alliance was a community that started out as the personal Google+ community of Eaglan, its purpose was casual edgy teen chatting. The discord server was first made by Praetorian Mapping with the intention of transitioning from the Google+ community onto the Discord community.
The name originated from a Minecraft faction Eaglan was a member of, but she got kicked from it for being inactive in the game (so this server can copyright strike Eaglan, jk).
After the G+ community died out, Eaglan demanded Praetorian to be given ownership of the Discord server, but he denied and he saw the casualties - she stopped to pay him attention. He then proceeded to give the ownership to an user called TheDarkBomber. When he denied to return the ownership to Praetorian, Praetorian was banned and the server was raided because it was uncool.
The Second Server[]
After the raid of the first EA server, Eaglan created a new server. This server was threatened numerous times by the Junta (rival server), and RKM (Romanian Kingdom Mapping), which were friends with Eaglan at that time, wanted her to care about the server (but she did not, assuming). He proceeded to ban the members of the server one by one to make her notice (and she did notice late) and she deleted the whole server because of panic.
The Third Server[]
Inter-Server War - Junta's Takeover[]
A user by the name of Targaryen created the third EA as a gift for Eaglan. All was fine in the server, and it prospered, until Praetorian allied with Erodrium, which was at the server at the time, and decided to hold a vote to decide who would be the owner of the server. This was not approved by Eaglan, who was offline at the time due to her being on a trip.
When she came back, Praetorian and his friends forced her to give the ownership to him. Shortly after gaining power, Praetorian then proceeded to ban Erodrium and his friends. After short riots, the server entered in a state of interchangeable ownership transfers every week (anarcho-monarchism). The ownership was to be transferred between Praetorian and Eaglan, the system was called ‘Dual Monarchy’.
After approximately 1 month of it functioning in this manner, the Junta came again, thereby requesting further rights. Eaglan was leaning to give up to Junta demands and was demoted by Praetorian, who self-declared himself Emperor of the Eagle Alliance and Mighty Prince of Vardar river. Praetorian appointed his own administration and again, made allies with the Junta. The Pro-Junta administration then raided the server as a backfire in their first ‘Black Sunsetʼ operation was drawing near. There ends the era of the third EA server but new ones come.
First Civil War - Erod's Victory and Legitimacy[]
After Erodrium was kicked out of the EA, he decided to create his own server with his friends and named it Eagle Alliance. It then started a war for legitimacy, since the one with most members would be the legitimate EA. The third EA finally fell due to a raid, and their members had to go to Erodrium's EA, which died shortly after since the only thing keeping it alive was the war itself - typical for anarcho-monarchies.
The Fourth Server[]
The fourth EA server was created by Praetorian in the midst of a crisis for the Eagle Alliance, which was natural. While war was raging, and most of previous EA members had transitioned and joined Erodrium's EA, who was backed up by the Junta and the Pro-Junta Ministry-both led by Seren (a boy who on G+ claimed to be a girl).
War on Junta - Praetorian's Counterattack[]
Erodium's EA had numbered around 60 members by the time Praetorian created the fourth server. The Eagle Alliance 4th edition was declared illegitimate by Erodrium and Eaglan, hence they were both part of Erod's EA (Eaglan got a special role called ‘Eaglander scoutʼ - emphasising the fact that she was semi-responsible leader of the previous server.
Looking back at Praetorian's fourth EA, things weren't looking great as it only peaked at around 20 members, most of which were new recruits since the whole EA's administration was either tired of the endless conflicts or part of them were now with Erodrium. The fourth EA server prospered once Erod's EA was archived and most of the previous EA members joined back in the fourth EA server. But the 4th EA server wasn't to be spoilt of conflict either. Even though the First "Civil" War had officially ended, Eaglan has been given ownership of the server by Praetorian. He became very hesitant just after he handed her the ownership, and seeing as Erodrium rejoined the server, Praetorian didn't rest easy. Eaglan repeated her same ‘panic attack’ as in the 2nd server's situation, she gave the ownership (only as a role, what a tricky move) to Erodrium and left the server without further notice, leaving all the previous administration unguarded.
Junta's Defeat despite Devastation[]
The actual ownership was given to Tinex (a Serbian guy) who had a plan to hand back the ownership to Praetorian. As he proceeded to do that, he accidentally announced the ownership transfer finally back to Praetorian before having demoted Erodrium beforehand. Erodrium and Seren then nuked the whole server before Tinex or Praetorian even had time to take effective countermeasures. The end of the 4th EA server is on the 14th of June 2019 A.D., this was to only create further issues down the road and to add more mud on it. However, Erodrium's Junta had finally been defeated and Praetorian gained, once again, legitimate control over the Eagle Alliance.
The Fifth Server[]
The fifth EA server was also created by Praetorian around July 2019, with the absence of Eaglan since he lacked trust on her after the very costly, yet succesful plan taken to overthrow Erodrium, the pre-made plan called (Second) ‘Black Sunset’. This server's administration mainly relied on new figures such as Varna, and veterans such as Tinex and RKM. Although, later on-around the beginning of August, both sides made truce and the old administration was returned to its positions.
Second Civil War - Erod's second takeover attempt[]
All having gone well, around September a conflict occurred between RKM and Praetorian - eventually dragging the whole EA in the process in what resulted in a low scale civil war. Tsardom, a mere Moderator in the EA, had fled alongside an influence gaining Coman, Eaglan and her administration as they did not want to be dragged into yet another conflict with RKM because of Praetorian. The Junta, seeing RKM as an enemy, sided with Praetorian. They offered ‘aid’ in exchange for the EA's ownership, which Praetorian, having lost part of his administration's support, gave to Erodrium.
After the conflict with RKM ended in stalemate, Praetorian requested his ownership back. Erodrium denied many times, thus marking the beginning of the Second EA Civil War in which the 5th and 6th server would be engaged. Erod introduced new administration, which was also heavily relying on the Junta's assistance.
During the civil war, the 5th server under Erod's control became severely inactive, and Praetorian launched numerous attacks of reclamation - of which all were unsuccessful. He was briefly given a high role, only to be later strapped away when all the EA's previous members had joined (peaking at an all-time high of 90 members).
This new civil war erupted once Erodrium took control over the fifth EA server. Praetorian and the previous administration of the EA created a new stronghold point, the 6th EA server-which openly opposed Erodrium. Erod eventually decided to briefly give Praetorian and the old administration control over his dying server, but then he deleted it once internal riots erupted, requesting the ownership is fully returned. The 5th EA server's end also marks the end of the 2nd civil war.
The server was deleted by Erod at that time when inner riots supported by the influential former administration, requested Praetorian to be returned his ownership. It was deleted on the 17th of October 2019 A.D.
The Sixth Server[]
The server that later became 6th EA was not initially a successor of the EA. It started as a server called "Praetorian Chamber", meant to be Praetorian's personal server. It was created by Varna around June 2019 and he gave ownership to Praetorian in the very early days of the server. Later it got renamed to "The Republic of Erdant" (or just "Erdant" for shorter) - the conception of Erdant was created by Praetorian. A referendum was held around the middle of November whether the name ‘Eagle Alliance’ should be given to the server. The vote was decisively positive, 80% (4/5) of the then-administration members (called ‘Phoenixcators’) voted for, while only 20% (1/5) voted against (it was Varna who opposed the idea of Erdant becoming 6th EA).
Once the name "Eagle Alliance" was given to the server, the EA began its 6th server era. Internal conflicts again sparked when a system of interchangeable ownership was established between Varna and Praetorian. Both Eaglan and Coman, who had been recently rising in power and influence, claimed a more democratic system, in which Coman's side (Eaglan, Alpha, Targaryen, Yhaton and Visegrad) had considerable chances of defeating Praetorian's side (mainly Tsardom and Pelister) if elections were held. Varna was considered leaning to Praetorian (according to Praetorian himself), while in fact he had a specific position, which did not coincide with neither of the two factions' ones, and was a sympathizer of Eaglan at that time. In short: he wanted Praetorian to let go of the idea of the EA, to free himself from it and instead establish Erdant; it did not work, so Varna instead chose to assist Eaglan by giving her ownership.
Praetorian rejected the ideas proposed by Coman and Eaglan and began the first phase of the Duarchy system by giving ownership to Varna for two weeks. Varna gave the ownership to Eaglan the first night, which was not part of Praetorian's plan. Eaglan decided to keep it to herself, supported by her allies, causing yet another conflict between Praetorian's sides and hers.
Praetorian was enraged by this act and invited Protonian to help him nuke the server. The EA's sixth and last ruled by Praetorian server ceased to exist on the end of November, 2019 - deleted by Eaglan after being nuked by Praetorian and Protonian. The idea of deletion was suported by Varna, he was fine with either Praetorian or Eaglan letting go of the EA.
The Seventh Server[]
This server is currently in existence and owned by Coman and Eaglan. It uses as a base Eaglan's old server who's former name was "Eaglan's Treehouse". Varna was a member of it for short time, but got dillusioned and left. Praetorian allied with Tsardom and Pelister once again after finding the server, declaring it ilegitimate and claiming the rightful ownership of the EA. This would make the beginning of the third civil war. The first one not to involve external powers.
The Third Civil War[]
Tsardom (who stayed mostly neutral between both sides), and Pelister who got the "Phoenixator" administrative role in the young 7th Eagle Alliance since Coman approved a resolution of amnesty, which allowed the former EA board staff members to get the brought-back Phoenixator charge without going through applications. Both Tsardom and Pelister assisted Praetorian in a tough offensive against Coman-Eaglan's EA.
The server suffered a harmful raid, many members being purged away and the server itself having it's structures and institutions heavily damaged. However, Coman launched an effective counteroffensive on Praetorian´s stronghold server and Praetorian himself, forcing an unconditional surrender by Praetorian and his allies.
In the peace treaty was agreed that which was Praetorian's server during the civil war, would be under administration of The Eagle Alliance and Praetorian would become vassal of Coman. However, it was soon decided by Coman that such sentence was excessive and gave amnesty to him, since he had been inherently fundamental in the history of the Eagle Alliance and was well respected despite the conflicts.
The Final Schism:[]
At this point though everyone had grown tired of endless conflict, Eaglan and Praetorian decided to take different routes, starting a new chapter in the history of the server. This was made official when a small fight between Praetorian's allies and Praetorian himself happened, after which Eaglan and Praetorian finally agreed not to get on each other's way in May 2020. Althought Praetorian and Coman maintained some but limited contact.
2020[]
Given the situation, this is (7th EA) now the official server. The Eagle Alliance has finally found an ongoing years lasting stability, being highly innactive in exchange.
As of natural process, the server soon made contact with other ones, such as Sahelian's Realm, European Soil and one named "The Chill Zone", who's owner's authoritarism and persistent toxic attitude towards certain EA members, brought EA's elites, Coman and Tsardom to take action, effectively spying on the server after getting banned and almost launching a premedited raid offensive on it.
